KM Security Solutions PLC has been selected to perform an “early warning Fire Watch service” to be added to a manned guarding and Front of House national contract for a leading Property Management Company due to the condition of the cladding and until tests have been completed and if found to be of a dangerous nature and needs to be removed this service will remain in place. The customer has been in consultation with the local Fire and Rescue Services who have advised of the need for this service to be implemented immediately.
Essentially a significant number of Officers have been deployed to constantly patrol the internal and external areas of the two high-rise luxury apartment blocks, one 12 storeys and the other 18 storeys comprising of 183 apartments. If anything is discovered with regards to fire, and indeed any other security related issues the apartments can be contacted individually at a very early stage via the intercom at each reception desk.

“Being asked to perform this vital service in the wake of the horrific Grenfell Towers incident is a privilege and just goes to further strengthen our commercial partnership with this market leading property management company and also demonstrates the seriousness they put on life safety. We will be doing our utmost to conduct these services to the highest level and keep everyone safe and secure.”
